With TowClub, you can request tows in real time which notifies our staff and dispatches a driver ASAP, and you will receive instant notification of any vehicles that are removed from your property, accompanied with the time-stamped pictures, violation and vehicle information. Property Managers are given a login that will enable them not only to view this information but to run reports to identify repeat violators, etc. This information is crucial to protect the property from liability, and in the event of legal proceedings.

Prior to towing ANY vehicle, we take time stamped photos, document the violation, the reason for tow, and any legally required data in TowClub, which is accessible by our clients anytime. We have video recording on our trucks and facility, to ensure we protect the integrity of the towing process, and to monitor conduct.

Although very rare, we do occasionally make mistakes, and hold ourselves accountable for any mistakes. If a vehicle is towed in error, or damaged, we will take care of it! The integrity of the towing process is of utmost importance, any doubts or mistakes by us or our client are addressed promptly!

All costs for towing a vehicle from private property are the responsibility of the registered owner of the vehicle. Our clients do NOT get charged for having vehicles towed from their property. Tips for your parking lot
Additional step required for properties located in San Jose
The City of San Jose requires a private property tow permit issued by the Police Department in order to have vehicles removed from properties located in San Jose (SJMC 6.66). We can help you throughout the process to ensure that your permit is issued in a timely manner. Please contact us directly and we will assist you throughout this process.
For properties in San Jose, please follow these steps in order to get the fastest possible processing of your tow permit:
- Fill out TowClub signup
- We will reach out to you to schedule the installation of your Tow Declaration signs
- Contact our office to get instructions on obtaining a Tow Permit form The City of San Jose
- The San Jose Police Department Permits unit will contact you to pay for the permit via Credit Card (faster), or you can mail them a check
- When issued permit, please forward us a copy for our records, you can now begin towing enforcement at your site
Keep track of your parking
In working with residential property managers to help solve their parking management issues, one of the main challenges for residential communities is how to keep track of your parking stalls. Proper assignment of reserved stalls & proper control of guest parking in particular are areas of control that can be optimized with the use of software, here is a list of some providers we have worked with that help solve the stall management issue for our clients.
Commercial sites
Many of our commercial retail clients who have sites near high density residential communities have experienced abuse of their parking. Many have chosen to sell their parking during off peak hours using “pay to park software” to generate revenue and to help identify the violators for the purposes of removing those vehicles.
